They then jostle for the ball and #9 throws an elbow (00:10 of Punishment), it is finished with another mule kick (00:11 of the Punishment & 00:02 of Fight), that is when #25 turns and starts to hit him. To say that #9 is clearly the victim is wrong! Does #25 completely lose control...oh, yes! There is no excuse for what #25 does, but #9 is NOT innocent!
