As a coach players look up to you to make them better players, and follow the examples set forth (on and off the field). Showing bad sportsmanship and a lack of respect are the two biggest mistakes for a coach to pass on to his players. We must not forget that the players will develop the same characteristics we show while coaching. I find myself coaching just like my college coach did. Good thing he knew what he was doing!
